A fantastic opportunity to kick start 2024 and beat those January blues!

This course is aimed at anyone who wants to start (or-restart) their running journey. 

Every Tuesday at 6PM, starting 6th February, for 6 weeks. 

Open to non-members and members alike.

Supported by the wonderful Tri-Hards’ volunteers, this course combines running and walking intervals to gradually build up your fitness and stamina over a period of  6 weeks.

Where

Each week may vary, but we will start at LED, meeting inside for a brief intro on week 1.

What to wear/bring
You'll need a pair of running trainers and some comfy clothes (e.g. shorts, leggings, layers are key for winter) and some water.
As these are evening runs you will need a head/chest torch* and your ICE info (tag included with price)

What is included

*Trainer tag - Holds all of your emergency contact information (ICE)

*A free Tri-Hards sports T-shirt

*30 day membership

Membership allows access to all of our volunteer led activities and discounted classes but most importantly gives you the opportunity to complete your homework runs in a supportive environment at several of our existing sessions; 'Jog on' Monday evenings at our weekly club run and several weekday jeffing sessions (run/walk intervals).

You will need to provide your name and 'In Case of Emergency' contact - their name and mobile number and any medical conditions you have that may prove important in an emergency.
