6 weeks of training rides suitable for those wanting to train for the 55 mile Nello.
This course is being led by cycling coach Aled Jones.
The aims of the training rides are to :
* Improve Cycling Fitness * Improve Bike Handling & Technique * Build Confidence * Have fun 👌🏼
Aled will cover puncture repair during this course for those who would like to learn.
Rides will be structured to gradually build throughout the training weeks, introducing some tailored intervals and hill repetitions so we are at peak fitness for the main event. Average ride pace between 11-15mph.
The ride will last 1-2 hours.
Meeting on Wednesdays
6.30pm at Exmouth Cycles, Victoria Road, Exmouth.
Starting 12th May 2021.
Please make sure you have a road bike, helmet, high vis top, water, puncture repair kit and bike lights.
Nearer the time rider information forms will be emailed out.
Refreshments at the end for those that want to... at Grapevine or Ocean depending where we finish.
