10:30 - boxing foundations, stance, footwork, hand position
11:15 - basic defences
11:45 - beginner punches. Jab and cross.
12:15 - putting it together - explore combinations
12:45 - integrated boxing fitness workshop
1:15 - hooks and Upper cuts
1:45 - boxing fitness finishers!
2:15 - cool down.
