Suitable for those with bad knees as this is low impact.
Please bring water shoes or trainers you can get wet.

The benefits of cycling in water are many-
Cycling is a low impact exercise anyway. Introduce water to this and the impact is lowered to a point where it is considered none existent. The joints are supported, muscles are massaged during training and the whole body gets a good cardiovascular workout and conditioning. This burns more energy, therefore more calories burnt.
