Exmouth Crossfit has offered us the opportunity to have Tri-Hards only Crossfit sessions!!
These sessions are aimed at all abilities.
CrossFit sessions are a mixture of gymnastics, general fitness and strength training through set training blocks. You’ll be using barbells, dumbbells, rowers, bikes and your own body weight.
Attentive coaching means the session will be tailored exactly to your fitness ability and experience. With constant variation, and functional movements performed at high intensity, a session will help you get stronger, fitter and healthier.
Shaun, from Crossfit Exmouth, is offering us weekly sessions (in blocks of 4). So excited!!
