Are you new to trail running or do you want to learn some new routes on Woodbury Common? 

Join run leaders Kate & Leon for this 5 week course.


Can you comfortably run 5k within 40 minutes on the flat without stopping?

If so this is for you!

We’ll start off with an introduction to the different types of terrains and how to run on them. The following couple of weeks will be group runs over different routes on Woodbury Common, there will be a steeplechase week, and the final week will be a group run over a more challenging trail.

Starting Wednesday May 5th @ 18:00 and running every Wednesday until June 2nd. Please only sign up if you can attend all 5 weeks. You must allow 90 minutes for week 1.


Initial meeting Location Four Firs Carpark.

You must have your ICE tag and we strongly advise trail shoes.

You participate at your own risk.
