Managing The Menopause
It’s a Tri-Hards ladies night at Ocean!
Monday 6th September from 7pm until 9pm.
Join us for a fun and informative workshop on ‘managing the menopause’ while raising money for Pete’s Dragon Charity.
The workshop will be led by Exercise Nutrition expert, Hazel Davies and Medical Herbalist and Women’s Health Professional, Su Bristow.
As well as having plenty of opportunities for discussion and asking questions during the evening we will cover the following topics:
Mood and emotional regulation
Weight management and bloating
Memory, concentration and sleep
Tips for joints and staying supple
Unleash your happy, balanced mojo!
The evening will start with a short, simple re-energising exercise which you can do seated. Throughout the evening there will also be plenty of tips on medicinal herbal health, nutrition, exercise and self care!
