Tri-hards October Challenge
- Walk or Run 5k a day and help us raise funds for Exmouth & Lympstone Hospice Care.
- Starting from the 1st grab your trainers, the kids, grab the dog or grab a friend or 2 and head out for a 5k walk or run.
- Everyone that signs up will also get a medal and there will be a gathering in The Grapevine on Sunday 3rd November at 5pm for the presentation.
Children are encouraged to participate in this event.
