Weight Up Walk
Walking with hand weights can help you burn more calories when you walk, but you must use them correctly. If you swing your arms to shoulder height for 20 to 30 minutes, you may burn up to 10 to 20 percent more calories than you would without the weights!
You'll also get a great workout and this course will help you strengthen your core...... and tackle those bingo wings!
If you are capable of walking 5k then join us!
Each week we will start with a gentle 3 minute walk and then speed walk parts of the route to get the heart rate up. This event will also be a great social.
You are signing up to 4 weeks and must be able to attend every session.

At The Clock Tower
The walk will last no longer than 45 minutes.
Head 🔦 will be needed as we go on into the winter.
Trainers, comfy clothes.... you'll get hot, and water for after.
If you have your own weights please bring them along.
You participate at your own risk. This event is not suitable for anyone with shoulder- arm- neck injuries. Please make sure you wear your ICE tag, these can be purchased from the shop on the website Www.tri-hards.co.uk
